Toolsy Luchmun
Following a Bachelor’s degree in English, Toolsy Luchmun recently finished (with Distinction) her Commonwealth Executive Master of Public Administration degree from the Open University of Mauritius (OU). Her thesis—supported by the 2023-2024 Journal of Women’s Studies Fellowship—was titled ‘An Exploratory Assessment of the Strategies to Promote the Participation of Mauritian Women in Artificial Intelligence’; a peer-reviewed academic article based upon it can be accessed via this link.
