March 27, 2026: In-person talk on Israeli apartheid at Delft University of Technology (TU Delft)
by Piyush Mathur
The Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement’s Apartheid Free Zones (AFZ) Campaign will organise an event on March 27, 2026 at the Netherland’s Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) on how to resist Israeli apartheid.
Comprising a lecture, a workshop, and a discussion, this no-registration, in-person event will be 2 hours long; one could walk into it from 5:45 PM (CEST) onward.
According to the Delft Student Intifada’s (DSI) Instagram post advertising it, the event’s purpose is ‘to create a community of places and people committed to taking concrete measures against the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime.’ (The DSI currently has 2,494 followers on Instagram—a platform currently flagged by the Mozilla Foundation for its planned removal of end-to-end encryption.)
The event’s venue will be TU Delft CiTG (building 23), HG 1.96.
It may be noted that an aerospace-engineering doctoral researcher had resigned from his position at TU Delft late last year citing the Israeli company Technion’s connection to his programme’s funding.
The posters advertising the event can be perused below.
