The call can be accessed on the following URL: https://kboo.fm/join-kboos-board-directors

The call notes that all KBOO’s members are eligible to apply for the board seats; it also provides details on the information sessions that will be held in April, May, and June regarding this opportunity.

A volunteer-powered, listener-supported station, KBOO has a handout in the Portable Document Format (pdf) on its website specifying the 71 ways one could function as its member. While all its members are eligible to apply to be considered for a board seat, there is no indication in the call that a membership is a requirement to make an application.

KBOO was founded in 1968; it went live on June 03 that year.
