Urgent call for blood donors: Tragic Air India crash in Ahmedabad

A devastating Air India crash has struck Ahmedabad, with the impact tragically affecting a nearby medical hospital. Among the injured are numerous medical professionals, including students.

Hospitals are now facing an acute shortage of negative blood groups—particularly B-negative, AB-negative, and O-negative—critical for emergency treatments currently underway.

If you are a B, AB, or O-negative blood donor in or near Ahmedabad, your help is urgently needed.

The BloodConnect Foundation is coordinating efforts with local blood banks to streamline donations and guide willing donors. You can connect them on their contact form hyperlinked above, or via their Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn page.

Every share of this notice can help amplify the appeal—and potentially save lives.

Time is critical. Please act now.
