January 10, 2026: ‘Kidnapping Venezuela’s Sovereignty’, Zoom talk

A free online conversation on the American abduction of Venezuela’s erstwhile president—and its implications for Venezuela, the Global South, and the concept of sovereignty—will be organised today by the Tricontinental, a research institute with physical offices in Argentina, South Africa, India, and Brazil.

This talk is led by the Asia chapter of the institute.
