The New Jersey-based Rutgers Law School Center for Security, Race, and Rights will host David M. Rabban’s lecture titled ‘Academic Freedom: From Professional Norm to First Amendment Right’ on February 11, 2026 at 12:15 pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

Based upon his book carrying the same title, this lecture is approved locally to count toward mandatory continuing legal education (CLE) credits.
