September 25, 2025 (Argentina): Online roundtable on Latin America and the PRC-US trade tensions

The Student Center of the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations at Argentina’s National University of Rosario will hold a Google Meet on September 25, 2025, focussing on Latin America’s place in the evolving relations between the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and the United States of America (USA).

The meeting, to be conducted entirely in Spanish, will start at 7:00 p.m. (Argentina time) on September 25, which is a Thursday. That would be 6 AM, September 26 in the PRC.

This virtual conference is expected to see participation from 10 academics from the PRC and Latin America.

The conference’s core focus will be the intensifying tensions in the trade relations between the PRC and the USA—and their implications for Latin American economies and polities.
